The Exchange Office (Japanese: 交換所) is where players can redeem their Exchange Tickets for useful items. Items may have limits on the number of times you can exchange for them.
The Exchange Office was introduced to Bungo Mayoi (JP) in the version 2.2.0 update on May 28, 2020[1]. It can be found under the Shop menu.
