What are Scout Tickets and how do I use them?[]

Scout Tickets come in 4 different variations: Scout Tickets, SR Scout Tickets, SSR Scout Tickets, and Limited Edition Tickets. Scout Tickets, SR Scout Tickets, and SSR Scout Tickets can only be used in the Rare Scout for a single free pull. Limited Edition Tickets are the equivalent of a regular Scout Ticket but are only used in limited time scouts. Tickets guarantee their labeled rarity or higher.

To use a ticket, navigate to the desired scout entry on the scout page (must be the non-paid non Step-Up version), and then press the bottom-right button. It'll say 'ćƒć‚±ćƒƒćƒˆ' in Japanese or 'Ticket' in English. A dialog with available ticket options and quantities will pop up. Select the button next to the ticket type you would like to use (if the quantity is nonzero).

What are Bungo Points (BP)?[]

Bungo Points (BP) are used to purchase items from the Shop. BP is obtained from the Desk in the Office or by selling characters.

How do I favorite a character for other players to use?[]

Navigate to Menu > My Profile and tap the red "Change" icon underneath the character portrait. You are able to select a favorite character for each attribute from here.

Why can't I sell a character / what does the heart/lock icon mean?[]

Typically "locked" characters will not show up as eligible to be sold or used to Skill Power Up other characters. To undo a regular golden lock, long press the character and then toggle the lock icon on their details screen. To undo a "heart" lock, see "Customizing the Characters on the Home Screen".

What do the moon colors mean during the Scout animation?[]

There are 3 possible colors the moon will turn during the Scout animation: Blue, Red, and Purple. The color represents the minimum guaranteed rarity you will receive from at least one item or character during the scouting session. For example, seeing a Red moon means you will get at least 1 SR character (or item, on the Normal Scout) on the pull. If it was a single pull, then the single item/character is guaranteed to be at least SR rarity, if it's a 10-pull then it just means that at least 1 of the results will be at least SR rarity. A Purple moon means at least 1 SSR rarity or higher item/character was pulled. A Blue moon doesn't guarantee any level of rarity.

However, because it is only a minimum guarantee, it is still possible to get an SSR result on a Blue or Red moon, or an SR result on a Blue moon. This "fake out" phenomenon where the end rarity exceeds the summon animation "hint" is also present in other gacha games with rarity-indicating animations like Love Live! School Idol Festival, Dragalia Lost, Tales of Crestoria, Seven Deadly Sins Grand Cross, and many more.
